No layers between you and the people making decisions. The same senior leadership and core team run your project from the first meeting through opening day — flagging risk early, bringing solutions, and owning the outcome.
You deal with Greg or Mike directly. Decisions get made and answers come back fast — no chasing a project manager three layers down.
We flag risk early and bring a plan, not a surprise. You won't hear about a delay after it's too late to do something about it.
Every project has problems. We show up with answers and real-time cost analysis instead of kicking them up the chain.
The same core team runs your project from start to finish, so schedules hold and nothing falls through a handoff.
Greg has more than 26 years of construction experience across remodels, high-end custom homes, commercial, and multifamily. He's guided over 500 projects and become one of the most recognized general contractors in the Rocky Mountain region. His strength in design, estimating, budget development, and project management is the framework behind 303's work. Greg holds licenses in Colorado's three largest jurisdictions plus numerous smaller municipalities, earned a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver — where he was a four-year letter winner on the baseball team — and serves on the executive board of the Home Builders Foundation.
A Colorado native with 18 years building projects of every size, Mike holds a Construction Management degree from Colorado State University and came up through large commercial construction firms. He brings sophistication and organization to every build, works directly with clients, and stays involved from inception to move-in. His knack for real-time cost analysis means owners get straight answers, early.
Matthew leads field operations from preconstruction through closeout, with specialized expertise in framing, multifamily construction, and land development. Eight years on both the general-contractor and trade sides have made him a team-first leader known for clear communication, tight coordination across trades, and jobsite ownership in the field.
Ryan is an assistant superintendent in our multifamily division. He came up as a frame carpenter, with earlier experience in the auto-body industry, and brings an extreme eye for detail to every aspect of construction. On the jobsite, he is especially strong on safety and stormwater management.
Trevor is an assistant superintendent in the multifamily division, having come up through the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus construction program. He specializes in stormwater management and civil infrastructure. Trevor worked part-time with the company for three years and recently joined full-time after graduating high school.
Michael is the general manager of Revive, our remodel and restoration division. He has been with the organization for more than five years, starting as an assistant superintendent in the multifamily division before helping launch Revive. With exceptional skills across every aspect of construction, he carries his multifamily and commercial experience into the remodel world.
Community matters to 303. Greg serves on the executive board of the Home Builders Foundation, where he has overseen construction for charitable and HUD projects, and the team has partnered with Tiffany Fixter of Brew Ability — an inclusion-focused brewery and restaurant in Denver.
You'll work directly with senior leadership, get a straight read on schedule and budget, and know exactly who owns what.
