We've worked with off-site construction factories — including Champion and Family Built — to bring modular projects to reality, taking the lead on developing the site for the end user, working with local municipalities for approvals, and managing the overall construction. We have extensive experience in the delivery, the set, and the stitch of various modular units and panelized walls.

Consulting & QA/QC

303 has also spent several years working with other developers and owners, consulting with a range of modular factories across a wide array of products — from single-family single-box mods, to townhomes, to stack-on-stack projects. We've been part of QA and QC on the overall designs as well as inside the factories, providing real-world construction knowledge for the systems and structures.
